| 1.Responsible for the entire function related to Financial accounting, Treasury, Tax compliance and Payroll related activities.
2.All Commercial operations and Compliances. 3. Maintaining Business relationship with all Financial Institutions. 4. Working Capital Management and all payment related matters. 5.Participation in Budget preparation by providing necessary inputs and reporting & monitoring the variances between Budget & Actual. 6.Plan and coordinate with Internal Auditors and various depts to ensure conducting of proper process of Audit. 7. Insurance Management. 8.Indiret Tax (GST) & Income Tax matters 9.Export incentive and Grants 10. Statutory Audits and ROC related inputs 11. Fixed Asset Control. |
